Happiness is life set to music

Michelle O'Grady

Natasha Hickling

I have been involved in music since an early age playing both the oboe and saxophone throughout school and university, where I graduated with a First Class Honours Bachelor of Music. Music for me has not only been an academic interest, it has been an important source of relaxation and something to participate in socially. I have always been a keen singer and have had the opportunity to perform with various choirs and ensembles.

As a member of her local church I am involved in the planning and leadership of a number of child-focused activities such as a weekly parent and toddler group, kids club and holiday clubs. Working with children has brought great satisfaction and joy to me.

I previously worked as an assistant for Rhythm Time before starting a family in 2006. I brought both my girls to Rhythm Time baby, toddler and pre-school classes. It was a special time with my children -time spent together having fun and making music, watching them develop week by week and making lasting friendships with other mums and their children. I am thrilled to be once again involved in Rhythm Time as a Class Teacher.

Sarah Shaw

Hi, my name's Sarah, I have always had a passion for music and theatre. I graduated from University with a degree in English Literature and Drama and Theatre Studies. I have worked with various theatre companies specialising in theatre in education and I am passionate about how powerful the arts can be as a tool for learning and development.

I am a mom of 2 girls, a footballer and a budding actress! Both of them were regulars in class when they were small so my love for Rhythm Time began many years ago!

When I'm not standing at the side of a football pitch, I enjoy visiting the theatre, especially musical theatre, reading and walking my crazy cockerpoo!

Come and join in the fun...
