Rhythm Time classes throughout the took part in the May Day celebrations during their weekly sessions. Babies as young as six weeks old took turns dancing around the Maypole and having lots of fun.
Kathy Doolan, Rhythm Time’s owner and founder said: “Using the Maypole during our classes was great! The babies loved the fun music, dancing and brightly coloured ribbon; the adults enjoyed the experience too! At Rhythm Time we instil a love of music for tiny babies through to toddler and pre-school age and this is just one of the many fun ways we do this.”
Music classes for babies provide babies with a multi-sensory experience that stimulates all their senses and helps vital brain connections to be made. We use lots of exciting songs, rhymes, percussion instruments and dancing.
