Rhythm Time music classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are delighted to announce that they are now a
Founding Member of the Children's Activities Association.
This 'not-for-profit Community Interest Company' has been set up by some of the biggest names in the industry including What's On 4 Little Ones, Dr Amanda Gummer and Sid Sloane from CBeebies. The aims include to raise standards in the Children's Activities Sector, encourage best practice, give more children the opportunity to experience a greater range of activities and importantly - to ensure parents have a simple and clear way to identify the UK's most exemplary children's activities providers.
Parents who are looking to book a class for their young child should look for the Children's Activities Association logo for reassurance that the provider is a CAA member and has therefore agreed to a comprehensive code of practice covering important issues such as child safeguarding, insurance, training and H&S.
"We are delighted to be a founding member of this new and important initiative," says Kathy Doolan, Founder and MD of Rhythm Time. "With so many different classes and clubs out there and no guidelines in place, it's very hard for parents to make an informed choice. I'm committed to helping the CAA achieve their goals for the benefit of the industry," she adds.
