The highest number of votes ever were received for this year's prestigious Mum and Working Awards as supported by – and organisers are delighted to reveal that Rhythm Time has been announced as finalists in the 'Franchisor of the Year' and 'Franchisee of the Year' categories.

This exciting awards programme celebrates the champions of flexible working – showcasing those businesses, associations and individuals (mums and dads) who are demonstrating how a fulfilling career can be balanced with modern-day family life - enjoying and managing parenting and working together.

In an exciting change, for the first time the 'Franchisor' category was opened up to the public vote – meaning that franchisees across the country had the opportunity to show their support for their Franchisors and they were certainly keen to do so. The awards will be held at RBS, 280 Bishopsgate, London on 22 September 2015 and are judged both by public vote and by an impressive panel of judges – leading business women and mums who understand all too well the challenges and the rewards of juggling work and being there for your family. VIP speakers also include Annabel Karmel MBE and Caprice Bourret.

Kathy Doolan, founder and Franchisor of Rhythm Time has been named as Finalist in the Franchisor of the Year category, and Vicky Taramasco (Rhythm Time Franchisee for Birmingham South and Worcester North) is Finalist in the Franchisee of the Year category.  Both are now invited to attend the glittering awards ceremony and celebratory network reception with The Mumpreneurs Networking Club.
