News: Rhythm Time first to achieve CAAs Silver Accreditation

CAA Silver Accreditation

Rhythm Time music classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are delighted to announce that they are the first member of the Children's Activities Association (CAA) to achieve Silver Accreditation.

This demonstrates that Rhythm Time's customer service module meets the CAA's high standards for running activities in a manner designed to best meet the needs of the children and parents attending them.  It also ensures that customers are communicated with effectively and respectfully, and encouraged to provide feedback on the activity.

The CAA is a 'not-for-profit Community Interest Company' that has been set up by some highly respected names in the industry including What's On 4 Little Ones, Dr Amanda Gummer and Sid Sloane from CBeebies. The aims include to raise standards in the Children's Activities Sector, encourage best practice, give more children the opportunity to experience a greater range of activities and importantly - to ensure parents have a simple and clear way to identify the UK's most exemplary children's activities providers.

Parents seeing the CAA logo being displayed by a children's activity provider should be confident that the provider has agreed to a comprehensive code of practice covering important issues such as child safeguarding, insurance, training and H&S.

"We are enjoying working with the CAA and are delighted to be the first member to achieve this significant milestone," says Kathy Doolan, Founder and MD of Rhythm Time.  "It's so important for parents and carers to be able to make an informed choice about their child's activity class, and we are now committed to working towards the next accreditation.
