News: Rhythm Time chosen as Finalist in Encouraging Women Into Franchising Awards 2016
Kathy Doolan, Founder and MD of Rhythm Time music classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, is proud to announce that she has been chosen as a Finalist in the Woman Franchisor category of the EWIF Awards 2016.
"This is such an accolade for us as I am passionate about encouraging talented women into franchising and providing a rewarding, flexible career that fits around their family," says Kathy.
"We have worked very hard to ensure that our franchisees receive all the support they need to be able to run their successful, fun and financially-rewarding businesses. All of our franchisees have family and other lifestyle commitments outside of their work, so, as Franchisor, it's my responsibility to ensure that all my franchisees are supported in the best way in order for them to enjoy a genuinely rewarding work/life blend," she adds.
These awards are designed to celebrate the achievements of women throughout the franchise industry and help them to come together to recognise each other’s successes.
"I’d like to congratulate each and every one of our finalists for getting this far. We had a record number of entries this year and the quality was so high. Everyone that entered was worthy of winning and should be extremely proud of their achievements over the last year. We look forward to seeing everyone at the awards ceremony in May!” explains Clive Sawyer, CEO of EWIF.
This year's awards also sees the introduction of a Black Tie Reception at the famous Gherkin landmark in central London for finalists and sponsors, on the evening before the Awards Ceremony. This gives everyone a chance to come together and share their experiences as well as networking with both new and old faces.
Winners of each category will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday 24th May 10:30am - 2:00pm at RBS/NatWest Building, Bishopsgate in London.
