Rhythm Time Franchisees

Rhythm Time, the award-winning children'smusic franchise group, held its annual Franchisee Conference on Saturday 17 June.  It was a joyous occasion as this marked the beginning of Rhythm Time’s 21st birthday celebrations and 21 years of providing fun, developmentalmusic classes for the under 5’s.

37 of Rhythm Time’s franchisees travelled to Solihull from all over the UK to help celebrate Rhythm Time’s 21st birthday.  They looked back over the years at a small business that started with cassette tapes to the highly recognised and successful organisation it is today.  An exciting day was filled with workshops, networking opportunities, fun, games and of course a piece of birthday cake!

Rhythm Time continues to expand and welcome new Franchisees to its family from right across the UK.  At the conference Rhythm Time was delighted to welcome 5 new franchisees who will be bringing the award-winning music classes to additional areas including Bridgnorth, Telford, Ludlow, York and Middlesbrough.

To mark this special occasion, later this year Rhythm Time will also be hosting fun filled birthday parties and competitions, sharing the fun of Rhythm Time with local families.

Rhythm Time was started in the Midlands in 1995 by Kathy Doolan who is a firm believer in the power and importance of music for babies, toddlers and pre-school children.  Kathy is a graduate of the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and was head of music at a Scottish secondary school. She set up Rhythm Time after having her own children.

Rhythm Time now has franchises all over the UK, operating in over 300 venues with approximately 10,000 children attending classes weekly.

Rhythm Time offers four age-appropriate classes: Young Baby Courses (birth to 6 months), Babies (up to 14 months), Toddlers (15 months to three years) and Pre-school (three to school age).  Children enjoy a wonderful introduction to music and all classes are in line with the Early Learning Goals and Key Stage 1.
