Established pre-school Music Franchise Group, Rhythm Time, has achieved another outstanding result in its latest Franchisee Satisfaction Survey. In 2015 and 2016, Rhythm Time achieved 91% satisfaction. This year, it has surpassed that score with a massive 96% franchisee satisfaction.
The Survey, carried out during May 2017 by its national network of franchisees, was originally produced by Smith & Henderson, one of the UK's leading experts in employee engagement.
The Survey is undertaken to determine how satisfied its franchisees are, and benchmark company performance. It includes five areas of questioning covering Training & Support, the Franchise System, Culture & Relationships, Stewardship, and Value & Rewards. Rhythm Time achieved above average scores across all areas.

Rhythm Time runs music classes for young babies, older babies, toddlers andpre-schoolers. Created 20 years ago in Solihull, by music teacher Kathy Doolan, Rhythm Time now has 39 franchises in the UK from Aberdeen to the Isle of Wight.
