Refer a friend terms
- In order for the referral to qualify for the reward, the Referred Friend must be a new customer to Rhythm Time and over 18. They must not already be booked into classes prior to Rhythm Time receiving the referral form, and they can't have been a previous customer of Rhythm Time.
- The Referrer should be an existing Rhythm Time customer (they have already started classes and are currently attending classes — they will need to have attended a minimum of 4 classes before a reward is given).
- In order to share this offer the Referrer must be over the age of 18.
- The Referred Friend must fully complete the official Referral Form, prior to them being booked in for classes.
- Referrers should also inform their class teacher or local franchisee who they have referred.
- The Referrer and the Referred Friend are offered a reward depending on their local franchisee's offer.
- The reward will be delivered to the Referrer after the Referred Friend's booking has been processed and they have attended a minimum of 4 classes.
- The Referrer will be notified by email once their Referred Friend has purchased and when the reward has been earned.
- The Referred Friend will receive their reward after attending at least 4 classes.
- If a Referred Friend joins classes in a different franchise territory to the Referrer, the franchisee who welcomes the new customer into their classes will provide the reward to the Referrer.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
- Rhythm Time reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referrer at any time, providing them with a reason why.
- Rhythm Time reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
- Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
